Thousands of colleagues across the Americas engage with our learning products every day and we are looking for an experienced creative to help us adapt existing learning into richer experiences by combining innovative design efforts with multi-channel delivery methods into a blended approach more suited for today’s diverse learners. This role is in Phoenix, AZ, and is a remote position in Phoenix Metro.
The role will report to the Manager of e-Learning Design, and support the Head of Learning for the Americas, as part of Talent Development & Learning for the Americas. You will work on a wide variety of learning initiatives and collaborate with Talent Development Consultants, line of business subject matter experts, Learning Technology (LMS) and Design team members to innovate, plan, create, design, test, publish, implement, deliver, support, and maintain effective, engaging, easy-to-consume virtual learning products using existing and emerging virtual learning tools and technology.

Operate as an “innovation hub” collaborating with LMS team and other e-Learning designers to pioneer creative, engaging, low effort, easy-to-access virtual solutions using our LMS and other emerging learning tools such as mobile learning, social learning, micro-learning, short videos, video channels, video classrooms, podcasts, webcasts, just-in-time learning, learning self-service, virtual mentoring and coaching
Enjoy applying knowledge of adult learning principles and agile design methodology to build innovative solutions that meet organizational learning & development needs across the enterprise and the major lines of business. Curriculum includes but not limited to specific job skills, technology, compliance, regulatory, risk, sales, customer service, product banking, onboarding, and orientation, professional, management and leadership skills
Craft eye-catching designs while maintaining and following brand guidelines
Using authoring tools, determine overall educational flow and content breakdown; design slick look and feel; bring content to life through text, graphics, video, audio, animation, etc. in easy to consume ways
Produce engaging videos, multimedia presentations, and podcasts
Dig deep into the workings of e-Learning tools and experiment with new ways to deliver learning
Experiment with new ways to deliver learning using our video management tools
Assist in crafting visual/audio experiences that work best for virtual learning and easy consumption
Assist in the conversion of instructor-led training (ILT) courses/programs to virtual learning solutions or vILT
Assist in the production of live, remote workshops in video classrooms with SMEs and/or executives
Repurpose and leverage learning solutions from existing training content
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited post-secondary institution in Instructional Design or Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, Online Learning, Education Technology, Education Media, Organizational Development, Adult Education, Communication & Media, Graphic Design, Interactive Media, Web & Multimedia, Digital Film Making & Video Production, or related subject, relevant experience may substitute for education
2 years designing and deploying learning solutions through virtual channels
Strong analytical skills & problem-solving capabilities
Strong sense of aesthetics selecting colors, fonts, photographs, layouts, and other design elements to communicate creative concepts
Skillful ability to shoot and produce high quality video/audio content
Highly organized and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a fast paced, ever-changing production environment (while working remote)
Great communication skills and a collaborative team player in a cross-cultural and cross-functional virtual environment
Experience working with clients to identify needs and present solutions
Ability to evaluate aesthetic choices critically with the customer needs in mind
Strong change and improvement mindset

A pulse on cultural trends across a diverse spectrum of topics
Great multi-tasking skill, comfortable making decisions, and ability to work under tight deadlines
Business and Technical Knowledge:
5 years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Audition) and Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word)
2 years of experience with Camtasia screen recorder
2 years of experience with Articulate/Storyline 360 authoring tool
Solid knowledge of design and visual design principles
Strong data visualization design skills
Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Audition
Ability to shoot and produce high quality video content
Ability to record and produce high quality podcast content
Strong sense of composition and lighting
Strong motion graphics or animation
Ability to create multimedia presentations
Execute quick turn photo and video productions
Understanding of today's media landscape and how people engage with video
Experience conducting webinars and producing/recording podcasts
ADDIE Model and Publishing SCORM 1.2 content
Proficient in content testing and troubleshooting (both AICC and SCORM)
Recent experience with emerging, digital learning/social technology and tools beyond just e-Learning authoring tools
Passionate about short form video
Experience shooting in multiple formats, including up to 4k
Experience with an LMS, Saba preferred
Experience filming for VR or simulations
