We're seeking a Strategic Initiative Leader to handle multiple cross-functional processes that support the overall performance of the Integrated Services of Americas (ISA) Operations organization. You will be responsible for ongoing management and the continuous improvement of the processes.


  • Own and coordinate cross-functional ISA Operations processes related to Third Party Risk Management, Records Retention, and Internal Affiliate Agreements.

  • Map current state processes, conduct maturity assessments of existing processes, and close gaps over time.

  • Partner with division directors to execute processes and gather feedback to identify, recommend, and make improvements.

  • Develop process metrics and reporting to ensure transparency of process performance.

  • May initiate planning and build of new processes as needed.

  • Ensures appropriate process controls are in place and management of overall risk is ongoing.

  • May lead a small group of direct reports.



  • 10-15 years process design/program/project management experience

  • Experience in financial services preferred

  • Six sigma certification and/or demonstrated application and understanding of six sigma tools for process-re-engineering in the financial services industry

  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Project desired

  • Priority setting, problem solving, negotiating, and conflict management skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business preferred
