Job Summary:
This role will support continuous improvement efforts in Operations and Technology. The role must be comfortable working to support business leaders across Operations and Technology that have significant transformation in progress.
This team member will:
Assist the Operations and Technology continuous improvement areas
Assist on cross collaborative and complex projects
Leverage Business Process Management and Lean Six Sigma methods, tools and templates appropriately to manage and continuously improve the process
Identify and prioritize opportunities to optimize the process leveraging feedback from users and key stakeholders
Identify and monitor critical process performance metrics to ensure the health of the processes
Qualifications
Position Requirements – Skills/Experience
BS Engineering, Finance, Risk, Audit or Business Administration
5 years of process improvement/optimization experience
Experience with Matters that Require Attention, Open Issues are a plus
Experience working in the financial services industry or complex matrixed environment
Hands on team member who is comfortable being individual contributor
A strong track record of achieving performance goals which led to business results
Six Sigma certification preferred (Master Black Belt, Black Belt or Green Belt)
