Reporting to the QCOE Capability Director, this leader will support the development and maintenance of Enterprise process standards. The intent is to create and maintain enterprise standards driving consistency in process visualization, inventories, and meta data alignment to support the QCOE goal to move the organization to a process managed company. The process standards must be developed, maintained and governed to drive adoption and usage. All aspects of design, communication and training are included in this role.
This leader will:
Own the governance, maintenance, change management, communication and training processes for enterprise process mapping standards and process taxonomy.
Drive awareness and adoption of the process mapping standards and enable process mappers across the company to effectively map business processes.
Leverage Business Process Management and Lean Six Sigma methods, tools and templates appropriately to manage and continuously improve the process.
Identify and prioritize opportunities to optimize the process leveraging feedback from users and key stakeholders.
Identify and monitor critical process performance metrics to ensure the health of the processes.
Position Requirements – Skills/Experience:
BS Engineering or Business Administration.
5 years of process improvement/optimization experience.
Experience working in the financial services industry.
Experience using Visio and Casewise process modeling tools.
Experience with process taxonomies, such as APQC.
A strong track record of achieving performance goals which led to business results.
Six Sigma certification required (Master Black Belt, Black Belt or Green Belt)
