Business Analyst

Job Summary:

Reporting to Enterprise Offshore Strategy & Execution (EOSE) Strategic Initiatives Director, the Business Analyst is responsible for development and maintenance of data repositories, reporting, tools and templates, and other enhancements to drive team productivity.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain tools that enable offshore decision-making, project tracking, and other program needs

  • Maintain and enhance team SharePoint sites to ensure compliance with data retention requirements, manage entitlements, and improve capabilities

  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reporting of offshore program, including headcount, contracts, financials, and other metrics

  • Drive data integrity improvements across relevant datasets to maintain gold source data for all reporting

  • Interface between business users and colleagues to collaborate and develop new ways to simplify existing processes

  • Prepare and update documentation that supports ongoing changes to tools, templates, and repositories

  • Provide ad hoc support and enhancements to the Strategic Offshoring Lifecycle, including process streamlining, migration support, and vendor management activities


  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2-4+ years of reporting, financial or technical experience in a corporate or professional services environment

  • Expert skills with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint & MS Teams) required

  • Experience with data tools and building data marts (e.g., Tableau, Business Objects, Power BI, Oracle, SQL Server)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with Offshoring or Third-Party Management a plus

  • Ability to work effectively on a high-performing team

  • Self-sufficient, detail oriented and able to adapt in a dynamic environment and overcome obstacles

  • Ability to effectively partner with key stakeholders and cross functional groups to develop solutions and deliver results
