Incentive Compensation Analyst III, AVP

Responsible for incentive compensation plan implementations and processing to ensuring accurate and timely payments and associated reporting. This role will provide analysis to support incentive design and identify efficiencies to improve operations and minimize risk.

Major Responsibilities

  • Partners with incentive design and business line managers to gather, document and maintain end to end business requirements

  • Responsible for the creation and execution of comprehensive test scripts/cases, ensuring all requirements are met

  • Accountable for developing effective processes to ensure accuracy of the incentive calculation and payments

  • Manage and provide production support, including sales credit resolution that requires adjustments

  • Partner with technology resources to resolve defects and provide incentive impact analysis

  • Develop and rollout user training

  • Create and implement efficient processes and controls including desktop procedures and required documentation

  • Demonstrates knowledge of current regulatory environment; adheres to the Bank's Risk Vision, and risk management policies and programs; recognizes and proactively addresses risk (including but not limited to those associated with Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering, consumer compliance, fair lending, fiduciary responsibilities, and privacy); identifies and appropriately manages risks

  • Ad hoc data analysis and reporting

  • Actively participate in internal and external audits and risk management reviews

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in incentive compensation analytics or comparable role

  • Proficient in incentive compensation management systems, working knowledge in Varicent’s ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) a plus

  • Experience with conflict resolution and handling a large volume of sales credit request inquiries

  • Familiar with governance practices and the development of processes and procedures

  • Understanding of difficult concepts of data integrity processes, data validation and programming concepts

  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills to support documentation, management presentations, analysis and reporting

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Effective partnering and team building skills

  • Excellent customer service skills
