• Process approved UAR forms to provide and/or remove access from various platforms while following pre-established procedures • Assist with the processing of daily and weekly terminations • Assist with certifications • Respond to emails within 24 hours to resolve basic users access problems with no assistance • Other duties may include the following: • Support preventive systems used to stop and/or deter security breaches • Help maintain and facilitate a corporate wide security awareness program • Maintain familiarity with industry trends and current security practices
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or related fields • 0-2 years' related experience • Experience in the banking or finance industries preferred • Passionate, positive, and driven attitude • Reliable time management and organization skills • Fast learner • Willingness to collaborate across the organization • Capability to adapt to new and changing environment and handle multiple priorities • Demonstrates the ability to independently manage the UAR queue • Experience in creating trending, metrics, and management reports • Data analysis skills in Excel (Visual Basic for Applications preferred) • Good written and verbal communication skills with both business/management and technical colleagues
