We're seeking a Project Administration Specialist to research, coordinate, and lead assigned projects. This could include: simplifying processes, general administrative support, financial reporting and due diligence, developing presentations, improving efficiencies, etc.


  • Perform complex administrative duties involving frequent exercise of independent judgment and initiative.

  • Handle a large inter-division project by assisting in the development and administration of the project plan.

  • Provide financial and statistical analysis to help identify methods, procedures, and technologies to improve division execution.

  • Assist with the coordination of project or program implementation and rollout.

  • Prepare reports and recommendations.

  • Prepare information from raw data using spreadsheets or other software.

  • Develop reports to keep projects on target, identify issues resolution, and update management on progress.

  • Make recommendations to management for improvements to various projects, tasks, and objectives.

  • Review long-range business plan proposals based on current and anticipated business needs.

  • Review, evaluate and render financial reports based on business unit performances to budget or goal.

  • Process and coordinate department accounts payable and expenses, may maintain department budget.

The right candidate will have:

  • 4+ years’ experience in project coordination, and strong business analytics

  • Ability to creatively and effectively convey ideas through verbal and written communication

  • Excellent organization and people skills

  • trong database and spreadsheet, PowerPoint, and Visio skills
