Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Able to perform all duties within function independently and relatively free of errors. Perform at least one additional function as described below.
Under Direct supervision: Load all Copier trays with paper in 2 buildings, 2 floors, twice a day
Scan all Express items into the package Tracking System
Deliver Signature Mail, acquiring signatures throughout the day, 2 floors, 2 buildings
Sort interoffice mail into bins and bags
Prepare outgoing bags for courier pickup to other Mail Services sites
Onsite mail run, twice a day, 2 floors, 2 buildings

20 hours a week. Monday through Friday, 6:00a.m. - 10:00a.m.
