Location: Tempe, AZ or California Job Summary: + Helps develop and support execution of business strategy and manages group efforts in implementation of marketing strategy. + Works directly with key stakeholders and other marketing resources to build marketing strategies and tactics. + Includes oversight and facilitation of internal processes and project management. + Will learn and adhere to specific marketing planning tools and platforms to gain insight and understanding of marketing return on investment. + Will be engaged in development and execution of a wide variety of marketing programs, campaigns, and strategies, including advertising, events, direct mail, brochures, e-newsletters, webcasts, trade shows, proposals and sales support, and additional marketing activities and tasks to support marketing plans and sales initiatives Qualifications Requirements: + Education: BS in English, Journalism, Marketing or Business Administration or related field. + Technical Skills: + Strong Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, presentation). + Excellent copy writing, editing, and interpersonal skills. + Strong project management skills and experience, excellent reasoning, analytical, and organization skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. + Strong critical and strategic thinking skills. + Experience: Requires a minimum of 5 years of professional financial marketing and/or product management experience including collateral, advertising, and direct response. + Leadership skills: + Ability to project manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. + Ability to develop and manage resources to implement marketing strategies for products, services, and markets to take advantage of identified market opportunities and to differentiate the bank from competition. + Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees. Influence over peers and internal clients to achieve objectives. + Operate independently to prioritize work plans and tasks to meet agreed-upon time frames and deliverables.
