Job Summary:

  • In this role you'll be reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management and primarily focus on portfolio management administration and facilitation of key projects related to data analysis, compilation and reporting with the goal of data utilization to be used in the organization and operation of the business.

  • The business unit underwrites and manages on balance sheet a multi-billion-dollar diversified portfolio of non-investment grade and sponsor-owned loans with borrowers ranging in size from $25 million of EBITDA to well over $1 billion of EBITDA.

  • This role will be responsible for managing various projects across the Portfolio Management organization, coordinating staff onboarding and training, as well as providing administrative support to the Head of PMG and other senior executives from time to time.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a high level of professionalism and discretion to deal with confidential data.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects of varying complexity and scope, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

  • Prepare project proposals, schedules, reports, and other documentation as required.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Management, Relationship Managers, Credit Division Executives, Product Partners, Vendors, and Clients.

  • Manage the Portfolio Management Head’s calendar, travel arrangements, meetings, and correspondence.

  • Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and other materials for executive meetings.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

  • Manage transaction databases and compile portfolio data for management reporting and internal presentation materials

  • Ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 4-6 years of work experience in financial institutions or equivalent credit risk or data analysis related function

  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, data compilation and analysis

  • with good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Access and Excel

  • Critical thinker with strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $95K - $120K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
