Major Responsibilities: + Responsible for assisting overall GTS Corporate Trust Services Sales team meet or exceed assigned revenue and sales activity goals Partners with assigned GTS Business Development Officers (BDO) to manage all requests for new account opening packages and pricing proposals + Reduces non-sales activities for GTS BDOs, supporting the necessary collection and review of all related documents and forms, particularly for KYC/CIP CDD and EDD as applicable + Resolves any sales related issues/questions when GTS BDO is out of the office, keeps the new business deal/transaction moving forward to close Works with banking and GTS business unit partners, BDOs, and/or Client to gather required new account information and documentation in order to establish accounts, respond to client questions and inquiries both by email and phone + Reviews New Account Package (NAP) and all corresponding documentation and collaborates with GTS Corporate Trust Client Development Managers and GTS Client Onboarding team to ensure accurate product/services have been identified and all requirements are met + Ability to work under tight deadlines, with sensitive high profile clients and multiple moving parts while maintaining classified nature of projects, if applicable + Participates in the evolution of the New Account Packages in collaboration with the GTS Corporate Trust Services and GTS Business Controls and Governance teams IMPLEMENTATION: + Coordinates and manages hand-off of all new account documentation to Client Onboarding team + Communicates results and updates to clients and internal partners + Develop a network of contacts in TBA-GTS to assist in process management and problem resolution Risk Management: + The employee will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to, implement, and follow policies and procedures that support the Bank’s Risk Vision, including the Bank’s anti-money laundering (AML), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and other relevant operational, compliance, and other risk management-related requirements as appropriate. + The employee is expected to further a culture of risk and compliance discipline, which includes, but is not limited to, maintaining compliance with Bank and business process-related policies and procedures, exhibiting a basic understanding of the risks associated with the employee’s position, escalating issues of risk concern to management, and maintaining appropriate data integrity and confidentiality with regard to all customer files and business transactions. Qualifications + 7-10 years of experience and an in-depth knowledge of Corporate Trust products and services required + Work experience with Sales Officers preferred + Typically requires BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience plus strong technical experience and skills + Knowledge of BSA/AML requirements is a must + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + The ability to work in a team; fostering a healthy and collaborative environment with all business partners is essential + Effective time management + Must be able to deliver extraordinary client experiences + Thoroughness, accuracy, relevance, follow-through, ownership and sense of urgency is expected + Passion to drive for results Work on special projects as needed The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed.
