We're seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to assist with evaluating new credit opportunities and work directly with Relationship Managers, Credit Executives, and indirectly with Credit Administration to drive new credit originations.
Model new and complex credit opportunities and provide preliminary structuring recommendations.
Perform valuation analyses (discounted cash flow, public comparables, and precedent transactions).
Assist Credit Executives in the underwriting of new senior credit facilities, including cash flow, asset-based, and highly structured leveraged credit opportunities.
Prepare deal screens and serve as a key member of the deal team when presenting recommendations to Credit Administration for approval.
Prepare term sheets, proposals, and pitch materials for new and prospective clients.
Assist in the negotiations of legal documentation.
The right candidate will have:
3 years experience in banking with credit training
Strong business, interpersonal, and financial modeling skills
Knowledge of credit market trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
