Principais responsabilidades da posição:
Q&A do ambiente
Definir Procedimentos para Health Check
Definir e controlar o KPI, Capacidade do ambiente, EOS e contratos
Relacionamento com fornecedores
Suportar, controlar as vulnerabilidades e definir prioridade de demandas e atuar do ambiente
Responsável por liderar aos Incidentes, Problemas, Issues e Incidentes operacionais do ambiente.
Apoiar equipe de Projetos com definição da arquitetura e transição de serviço.
Experiência desejada para a função:
- 3-4 anos de experiência como consultor
Conhecimentos específicos, habilidades e certificados necessários para a função:
-Ter conhecimento sobre redes Cisco com diversas localidades (Switch e Firewall)
-Ter conhecimento sobre SO (Micrsoft e Linux - RedHat)
-Conhecer Framework ITIL e COBIT
Graduação completa
Idioma - Inglês fluente
