About the role:

In this role, you’ll be managing all relationship management aspects of a customer portfolio to ensure customer relationships are well maintained and acting as a direct point of contact from the bank, you’ll efficiently manage all customers’ banking and finance needs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Meeting various performance and revenue targets

  • Work together with product offices to promote the bank’s banking and finance products

  • Credit risk control and assessment to balance the customers’ needs and the bank’s risk appetite

  • Managing various costs to improve return on assets

  • Be a key point of contact to receive inquiries and respond to customers

  • Facilitate high quality customer experience.

  • Fully understand banking and finance needs of customers and respond with most suitable proposal to achieve a win-win situation

  • Internal and external communication directly and through relevant departments on customer related matters

  • Proactive involvement in a team environment

  • Facilitate opinions of relevant departments

What we are looking for:

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a relationship management role within a corporate banking and finance environment, together with experience in credit analysis, customer service and support within a team environment.

You’ll have sales and marketing experience, a demonstrated ability to manage corporate customers and a sound knowledge of corporate banking products. Experience dealing with global customers is preferred.

You’ll have good communication skills and team spirit, strong analytical skills and a high-level of personal responsibility and self-discipline.

Japanese language would be advantageous but not essential.

You’ll likely have a Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification in banking, commerce, finance, or accounting.
