Job Description :

The role is responsible for but not limited to supporting the process owners on Incident Management and Problem Management process deliverables and outcomes such as process improvement planning, implementation, training, performance tracking and reporting which include but not limited to the following:

  • Design, build, and maintain MUFG Bank’s data retention and analysis infrastructure to match the needs of the different departments.

  • Design, build, and maintain business and product-related reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders to track key metrics and experiments.

  • Identify opportunities in data to accelerate product adoption, retention, engagement, and/or monetization.

  • Analyses behaviors as well as product performance data, develop measures to ensure product health and business growth.

  • Act as an analytical focal point for stakeholders for all data-related matters, as the professional authority in data analysis within the company.

  • Main stakeholders: ITD and Management, Operation departments, CBD and Treasury department.

Key roles and Responsibilities:

  • Application project / small changes manager.

  • Business requirement collection and confirmation.

  • Resources, timeframe planning coordinating, change prioritization.

  • Ensure SDLC processes are fulfilled, including SIT and UAT supporting.

  • Client face for all he changes management.

  • Solution provider (coordinating ASOT internally), business process recommendations.

  • Responsible for business relationship management.

Business Architect manager:

  • Produce and maintain Business processes and related system architecture.

3rd party Application Vendor Management:

  • Vendor information management (onboard, regular review and off boarding. Work with ETP/Planning team, Information Security and Procurement team for vendor management activities).

  • Maintenance contract review (including service level and cost), periodical review service quality.
