Job Description:
Customer
Deliver a high quality of service to enhance the department’s efficiency and meet internal customer expectations.
Work in partnership with Relationship Managers to resolve any credit issues and ensure compliance of MUFG guidelines and local regulations.
Work in partnership with Relationship Managers to assist in credit renewals and documentation processed in a timely manner.
Other/Control
Prepare accurate and timely credit related reports according to the internal requirements, authority regulations and MUFG guidelines..
Responsible for monitoring the due date of collateral, approval condition, report required, credit application, borrower rating and pending items and escalate to the appropriate persons in order to mitigate credit risk to the bank.
Responsible for facility line registration, BR update, & pending system management and follow-ups control to ensure the credit line control.
Conduct timely and valid review of the registration of credit and market risk limits in the bank’s operation systems in accordance with MUFG guidelines and be responsible for the integrity of the data.
Maintains all middle office systems & documents, and assists in implementation of projects assigned by line manager to improve the operational efficiency, satisfactory service and the credit risk.
Monitor credit and market risk limits reports and escalate any exceptions for further investigation.
Perform cross-checking and verification that basic credit documents are collected by the relevant departments and that basic terms and conditions are in alignment with Approval Notices.
Compile data and reports for monitoring and control of the department’s function.
Arrange meetings to discuss ad-hoc issues to be solved.
Materialize action plans for continuous improvement on credit control.
Prepare documents for internal and external audits within the department as required.
Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines.
Any duty assigned from time to time.
