Job Description:
Customer
• Deliver a high quality of service to customers to enhance function's reputation and meet customer's expectations.
• Work in partnership with Relationship Managers and Product Offices to collect information and clarify transaction requests specifically for Funds, Derivatives, Money Market, Securities and Forex.
• Work in partnership with various departments including but not limited to Operations to seek advice and support in relation to transactions, if required.
Other/Control
• Process all transactions with error-free for fulfilling customers 'needs with satisfactory service and ensure all settlements in accordance with procedures manuals, operational guidelines and regulation.
• Review all documentation prior to processing to ensure accuracy.
• Store documentation in accordance to MUFG policies and guidelines as well as local regulations.
• Complete checklists in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits.
• Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation.
• Support in managing the risk profile for the department.
• Prepare reports including but not limited to financial report, exceptional handling reports, incident and overdue reports.
• Monitor pending items of transactions and communicate with Relationship Manager and customers to manage follow-ups for controlling the risk.
• Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
• Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines.
