We're looking for an Associate Processor II to perform daily Bank operational tasks that are complex in nature. You need to demonstrate analytical capabilities, including assessing and actively mitigating risk and potential losses to the Bank. Comfort with directly contacting external customers as well as Branch personnel to resolve issues is important, as well as wanting to be a part of a team. Responsibilities: - Operational tasks as assigned, adhering to established policies, procedures, and compliance, which results in a satisfactory audit rating. - Research and resolution of client or branch issues to ensure excellent customer service. - Contact customers to collect, validate, or research information. - Support peer staff, ensuring uninterrupted completion of all daily operational tasks.

Qualifications: The right candidate will have: - Good verbal and written communication skills, including telephone etiquette - Experience handling high volume processes and working in a fast-paced environment - Ability to recognize and solve issues that could impact branch, customers or department - Willingness to work a flexible schedule - Ability to work independently and possess initiative for professional growth - Type 35-40 words per minute, PC knowledge of CICS, RUMBA RCIF and Word is preferred - Basic knowledge of Filenet system and bank documentation - High school diploma or GED
