As an Employee Relations (ER) Operations Consultant, you will analyze and leverage employee relations data to achieve business objectives, manage risk, optimize ER case management, understand employee performance, evaluate employee engagement and improve workplace culture.
The ER Operations Consultant will contribute by analyzing data to detect and interpret patterns and findings and produce reports and make recommendations to address HR issues and gaps in employee relations policies and processes.
How you'll make an impact:
Provide day-to-day operational support to the Employee Relations team.
Review Employee Relations data for alignment with processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to remediate issues.
Manage the case management data with an emphasis on sales practices activity, including associated analysis of data, developing summaries, and presenting to senior management.
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management advising on case management data with an emphasis on sales practices activity and trends.
Collaborate with internal team to communicate trends related to case management data with an emphasis on sales practices activity.
Provide written analysis and interpretation of results.
Maintain Employee Relations records while also maintaining a close understanding of business risks and opportunities.
Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting related to case management data with an emphasis on sales practices activity.
Support special projects and business needs by constructing appropriate analysis.
Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity of all data.

Typically, a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, and 3 years of Employee Relations experience will be key components of your past successes.
