Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Business Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for managing deliverables related to the planning and execution of Human Resource strategy and priorities across the Americas to include United States, Latin America, and Canada. This role partners with the HR Business Manager to manage the HR calendar, meeting agendas and follow-ups. Works closely with all areas of HR and other key stakeholders to drive process optimization strategies and solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the HR organization.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the coordination and management of cross-business deliverables.

  • Track and manage the HR strategic vision and plan, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

  • Assist with implementing strategy and lead change management for complex initiatives.

  • Identifies recommendations on methods, procedures and technologies to optimize processes.

  • Requires the ability to describe complex business problems and solutions to senior management.

  • Responsible for content and effectiveness of the HR Leadership Team SharePoint site.

  • Provides guidance, consultation, and assistance to HR leaders on operational deliverables.

  • Scopes, plans, and manages various projects.

  • Creates presentation materials, applicable for senior level audiences.

  • Compiles information and data analysis for various administrative reports.

  • Perform complex administrative duties involving frequent exercise of independent judgment, initiative, and diplomacy.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • BA or MA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related with a minimum of 7 years of applicable experience preferably in Human Resources, or equivalent combination of experience and education.

  • Experience in strategic planning or a related planning discipline, along with experience or significant exposure to HR.

  • Demonstrated consultative skills including proven ability to build strong working relationships across functions.

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with excellent judgment.

  • Must be a strong communicator, have excellent written, presentation, and oral communications skills.

  • Strong project management experience to include all aspects from concept development through implementation and measurement phases.

  • Ability to work independently in a changing environment while coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Expert level knowledge and proficiency of MS Office (with emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
