The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

This position supports the efforts of the Access Controls, Certification and Systems Accounts Inventory with LCM systems. The candidate will be expected to have business analysis in design and overall knowledge and experience in numerous areas of Identity & Access Management specializing in Access Controls and Identities Inventory, Ownership with LCM methodologies and solutions. You would work with IAM leads and business IT managers to understand business requirements, helps Engineering team to write and document design specs and solutions, deliver interactive and context sensitive User documentation and instructions.

As a Business Analyst, you should demonstrate the following experience and work on:

  • Work with IAM leads and business IT managers to understand businessrequirements, enterprise IT standards and other considerations that influence how Access Controls and Systems Accounts Inventory with LCM solutions and servicesshould perform and operate

  • Helps Engineering team to write and document design specs and solutions accordingto defined processes, policies and standard with information security requirements

  • Work with application developers and IT operations to document testing and roll outand implementation plans

  • Lead quality control and quality assurance activities, such as developing andexecuting test plans / scripts and resolving deviations or exceptions, for newly developed and/or enhanced Access Controls and Systems Accounts Inventory withLCM solutions

  • Work with the broader IT security, risk and compliance organization to interpretpolicies and standards, ensuring policies and standards are properly followed by newAccess Controls and Systems Accounts Inventory with LCM solutions

  • Understanding of security risk and implementation of mitigating controls

  • Support in troubleshooting and resolving complex problems

  • Analyze, plan, coordinate updates and product upgrades

  • Respond and support business teams on systems functionality, improvements andobjectives

  • Evaluate benchmarks and scalability to ensure the system stability remains stable.

  • Share general product knowledge with co-workers and the security teams viaparticipation in social media platforms such as Jive, FS-ISAC and All Hands Meetings.

Required Skills:

  • At least 8 years’ identity and access experience; preferably with Aveksa and CA PAM.

  • Strong IAM & Access Controls Requirements definition and implementation experience

  • Solid understanding of IAM Certification, Access Controls, Accounts Inventories with Ownership and LCM, Regional Regulatory & Approval requirements (Access Controls implementation experience is preferred)

  • Strong Oracle queries development and data mining, analyses experience

  • Strong and hands on experience with WEB UI design with focus on positive user experience

  • Scripting abilities in one of the following desired; Pentaho (PDI), JavaScript, Perl, PowerShell and SQL.

  • Experience with Excel pivot tables and graphic chart for data analysis and reporting OS UNIX, Windows and SQL database experience and knowledge are a plus.

  • Passionate, positive and driven attitude.

  • Hands-on experience delivering Interactive and Context sensitive User documentation and instructions is a must

  • Experience communicating with auditors and presenting IAM Controls solutions, including External Auditors

  • Strong experience and ability to work in the team environment as well as delivertasks with little supervision, analyze issues and proposed solutions are must

  • Strong experience and ability to deliver complex requirements and other project related documentation

  • Must have perfect communication skills, including writing and presentation skills in documentation and presentation

  • Work with internal and client-side resources to deploy and support Aveksa systems in high-availability environments

  • Assist and develop strategies and deployment plans for extending the reach of Aveksa within the firm

Desirable Skills:

  • Professional certifications such as Certified Information System Security Professional(CISSP), and Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) are a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Engineering and/or degree in related fields and/or equivalent work experience equally preferable.

Work Location(s):

  • As per MUFG’s Return to Office policy , must work onsite for 4 days per week & 1 day remote out of either Tampa, FL or Tempe, AZ (Preference) or Jersey City, NJ.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $145K - $176K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
