Information Security Analyst will be a key team member based in Tempe for project risk assessment and product/Agile risk assessment duties. This individual will be providing direct information security knowledge, control oversight for deployment teams and validating evidence and controls are in place for the organization.
This function is responsible for both administrative and technical IT security support.
Responsible for following established guidelines and identifying and resolving problems.
Individual at this level is expected to use some independence of thought but to refer more complex problems to supervisors or other experts.
Individual would be expected to contribute to work flow or process change and redesign, and to form a strong basic understanding of the specific product or process.
May also be accountable for regular reporting or process administration as owner.
Minimum Bachelor’ Degree in a university, 1-3 years of relevant information security experience and control review activities in previous employment experience.
Ability to create and provide key metrics for success and measures for progress on reduction of risk and IT Security gaps when deploying projects and sprints as Agile Squads.
Some basic knowledge of Agile is a positive here.
