We're seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to drive a consistent flow of quality leads to the Mortgage Consultants. You will support the Home Loans Advisory Mortgage Consultants by working with clients who are shopping for a mortgage loan. You will contact customers who have inquired online and make outbound calls and work with current applicants to resolve issues across multiple departments.
Answer incoming calls from consumers who are inquiring about mortgage loans or home equity lines, and assist with evaluating the customer's eligibility.
Place outbound calls via a number of marketing campaigns (paid search, credit triggers, payoff demands, etc.)
Transfer qualified prospects to mortgage consultants.
Run sales executive leads.
Partner with the mortgage consultant to follow-up with customers.
Review customer profile forms to identify prospects.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Understanding of the mortgage business
Excellent listening and communication skills
Strong PC knowledge
This position may be subject to SAFE Act Registration Requirements.
