As an LMS - Learning Technology & Operations Analyst, you will support the Learning Management System (LMS) and team within Talent Development & Learning.
Provides escalated HR call center support to address inquiries and questions for the Learning Management System and bank compliance requirements
Maintains close relationship with Tier 1 support and provides guidance, issue resolution instruction, and support documentation
Responsible for creating and running reports, subscriptions, and distributing standardized reporting
Coordinate and manage team-level and across line of business projects
Conduct research, data analysis, and compilation in multiple formats
Supports team in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, agendas, reports, and event planning
Supports designated program(s) in coordination with consultants/ Program Manager
Coordinates with content vendors to update and maintain content libraries
Coordinates across functions to maximize partnerships and functional processes
Performs complex administrative duties
Maintains department shared drive document storage, clean up, and organization
Develops processes and procedures to improve efficiencies within the function
Works with in-house LMS team for content testing and publishing
Development and maintenance of internal Social Learning platform
Manage relationships with partners throughout the organization
Works directly with MUFG Corporate Communications, Security, Procurement, Facilities, Brand, Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Human Resources partners
Communicates with internal and entity partners in support of LMS and TDL activities
External vendors (eLearning, virtual, etc.)
Cultivates and manages industry and function related partnerships
College degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong work ethic, decision making ability, efficient and effective task completion
Extensive knowledge of and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS), Saba preferred
Ability to communicate with senior leaders verbally and in written communication
Experience working cross-functionally to maximize partnerships and cross-functional processes
Deep knowledge of program related topics, studies, resources, websites, and related organizations
Knowledge of banking and financial services preferred
2 years of program coordination experience preferred
1 year related program experience preferred
1 year experience in strategy, program development and support preferred
1 year WebEx experience preferred
Detail oriented and analytical thinking preferred
