Job Summary: Reporting to the Enterprise Marketing, Voice & Visual Identity Manager , the Communications Specialist is responsible for the major responsibilities including but not limited to the list below. Emphasis is on strong communication skills, teamwork, and ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders both inside and outside the business units. Be able to translate and adapt traditional and evolving communications and marketing methodologies to support the business needs in conjunction with the business units. Major Responsibilities: + Write clear, transparent, consumer friendly copy with a distinct brand voice & tone. + Edit and proofread copy for usage across all workstreams (i.e.: client facing communications/letters/alerts/notices) within identified timeframes. + Collaborate and consult with internal stakeholders to understand communication needs, audience, and intended message. + Provide creative copy concepts that clearly represent our brand voice & tone.
