We're seeking an Operations Specialist to handle system generated reports specific to assigned areas and bidding of carrier providers for services, alongside the Cash Vault Work Directors. You will deal with complex issues, coordinate workflow to ensure SLA's are met and support implementations of product set-up and maintenance requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, both internal and external, handling customer requests in a timely manner.

  • Provide technical assistance and direction to staff to complete complex job functions and unusual situations.

  • Subject matter expert on product capabilities and review documentation for new accounts setup.

  • Work with vendors to submit bids for transportation/carrier providers.

  • Answer inquiries from internal departments and vendors with little supervision.

  • Ensure consistent compliance to departmental policies and procedures and alerts management of deviations.

  • Assist with staff training and actively participate in the resolution of all issues.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

The right candidate will have:

  • 3 years of customer service experience

  • Excellent time management and communication skills

  • Ability to assess situations as they arise and move from function to function with minimal supervision and disruption to the operation

  • Ability to accurately operate and perform non-complex math using 10-key equipment by touch to balance transactions

  • Strong mathematical skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent
