Candidate will report to VP of Business Planning and be responsible for business support of all CDO and RSS staff including, but not limited to, the following:
Resource (employees and contractors) reporting, reconciliation, tracking and analysis
New hire and contractor request coordination
Process flow documentation and maintenance
T&E request coordination and analysis
3rd party contract tracking reconciliation
Candidate should have at minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
3 years of full time experience in any of the fields.
Excel proficiency (not including macros) is an absolute must.
He/she must be a team player, excellent communicator, and values accountability and integrity.
He/she should also be a self-starter, be flexible in adapting to fast changing environment, and be able to multi-task.
