We're looking for a Financial Analysis Manager to join the Technology Finance Organization as part of MUFG Americas.
Core responsibility will be to serve as a trusted advisor to the business and drive financial management, establish allocation/service catalog framework, and investment business cases.
Forecasting and Budgeting responsibilities inclusive of the management reporting/presentations
Work with key stakeholders on 3rd party spend management and workforce plans
Perform month end close activities (prepaids, accruals, & variance analysis)
Develop robust financial analysis and reporting to help with decision support
Key contributor on developing and modeling multi-year strategic plans and financial glide path
Partner with Finance and Business to establish/maintain robust allocation model
Develop and continuously enhance a set of management metrics (e.g., unit costs, direct & indirect allocations, key performance indicators, etc.)
Assist with transfer pricing methodologies
Business Case Analysis:
Assist with development of Business Case Analysis for key investments / initiatives
Maintain financial tracking of business case outcomes
The right candidate will have:
8+ years of experience with increasingly more complex responsibility in performing financial analysis
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
Familiarity with the various financial applications within FP&A and has an understanding the data relations and interdependencies
Ability to conduct complex financial analysis and understanding of month-end close
Ability to communicate through effective and clear presentations, writing skills, and excellent messaging strategies
Basic understanding of Transfer Pricing
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and Hyperion based ERP (including SmartView)
Strong interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, financial acumen, business acumen, and time management skills
-Self Starter and applies sound logic when approaching complex problems
- Ability to communicate & work cross functionally
The typical base pay range for this role is between $120K - $150K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
