Ensure the timely completion of assigned testing scripts for quality control/assurance testing programs. Working with the assigned program analyst with guidance from the program testing supervisor schedule testing of key processes appropriately. Identify and escalate findings as appropriate and ensure recording on applicable business reporting. Identify necessary system access, training, and reporting requirements for successful completion of testing requirements. Complete special projects as assigned.
Ensure the timely completion of assigned quality testing programs by accurately completing test scripts.
Partner with testing program analyst ensure understanding of testing requirements to ensure accurate completion.
Escalate findings as necessary.
Working with the assigned program analyst evaluate testing requirements and process documentation to ensure quality testing program requirements provide desired process controls.
Facilitate resolution of questions, comments and suggestions back to the department management so as to cooperatively achieve the best end productpossible.
Collaborate with the documentation team to ensure timely publishing of quality testing program documentation and implementation of new and updated quality testing programs.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong analytical, written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail. Ability to work both in a team environment under guidance and with minimal supervision.
Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Flexibility to shift focusfrom one application or project to another.
Strong MS Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint skills.
Experience with quality control/assurance applications.
Education, Licensure, Year of Experience (and type of work experience)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
1 years of Banking, Business Analyst or Technical Supportexperience.
