To manage the customer databases relating to Credit Control Master, Credit Rating and to prepare credit Terms & Conditions;
To monitor approval conditions and maintain data for various types of facility limits including set up, renewal and amendment;
To ensure efficient credit control via preparing regular reports on credit balance, customer credit information registration, verification of regulatory counterparty information, and overdue/due date control tables for facilities, credit ratings and other credit related items;
Adhere to the Company policies and guidelines.
Tertiary education or above;
1 year of relevant experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered;
Sound knowledge of policies and processes relating to credit controls;
Good PC skill (Excel and Word);
Good organizational skills and attention to details; and
Good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with others.
