Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor transactions due dates and notify relevant parties to ensure the transactions are completed in a timely manner;

  • Maintain a clear and systematic record of pending items to ensure that follow up actions are duly taken;

  • Send confirmations to customers of completed transactions;

  • Prepare regular reports including but not limited to overdue items, pending items, event due transactions and general accounting;

  • Perform checks on instruction to ensure they meet standard requirements and properly authorized ; and

  • Carry out daily filing of documents and ensure all documents are kept up to date.

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary education

  • At least 2-3 year of relevant work experience for loan operations is preferable;

  • Strong PC skills;

  • Good interpersonal skills; and

  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
