Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of support to corporate bank clients, to respond to clients’ request for information and problem solution across TB products, including e-banking channels and cash management products;

  • To deliver excellent and one stop service to clients, from CMS products introduction, implementation arrangement as well as post sale support to clients;

  • Work closely with TB Sales teams and Coverage teams to provide a positive client experience that ensure client loyalty and revenue retention and growth;

  • To coordinate amongst internal stakeholders to ensure all clients’ service requests to be responded in a timely, accurate and client friendly manner;

  • To undertake ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time.


  • Degree holder with at least 3 year of working experience in banking or customer services, candidate with less experience will be considered as Analyst;

  • Client focused and willing to go beyond the expectations;

  • Self-motivated and willing to learn with a can-do attitude;

  • Good communication, customer support and problem solving skills;

  • Proficiency in both of English and Chinese, including Putonghua;

  • Knowledge of Japanese is a plus;

  • Comfortable with technology and MS Office applications.
