  • Key Responsibilities:

  • To promote Cash Management including ancillary business, liquidity management and FX to Global Corporate clients, EMEA/US MNCs, as well as Asian MNCs.

  • To originate local and regional opportunities and manage pipelines throughout the deal cycle.

  • To develop partnership with Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) and Global Subsidiary Banking (GSB) with solid product knowledge and a can-do attitude.

  • To work with GCIB and GSB to identify focus clients based on client tiering; assess client wallet, accessible wallet; come with account plans and execute accordingly.

  • To develop clear understanding of client product needs and prepare pitch books/solutions accordingly.

  • To manage client TB relationship, liaise with overseas TB partners and RMs, leverage on MUFG’s footprint and drive TB business on global level (Global Treasury Relationship Manager/GTRM role).

  • To lead RFP responses and coordinate with TB Product Development, IT, RM, other regional partners to manage the RFP cycle (Regional Treasury Relationship Manager/RTRM role).

  • To work well with TB and RM partners in other markets/regions and manage client’s local TB business (Local Treasury Relationship Manager /LTRM role).

  • To drive deposit balances and profit, and monitor cost of fund changes and manage liquid deposit interest rates on monthly basis.

  • To collaborate on regional cash forecast report as needed (quarterly or monthly or more frequently as needed)

  • To lead deal implementation and monitor the progress in Hong Kong and on regional basis. Escalate issues as needed. Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Cash Management Sales/Product Sales in international banks, handling Hong Kong conglomerate, MNC portfolio and Chinese corporate clients.

  • At least 5 years of previous experiences in client services, product development or complex deal implementation including establishment of Host to Host, SWIFT, Cash Pool, and be-spoke liquidity solutions.

  • Solid knowledge of TB products (Liquidity Management Products), eChannels, Host to Host solutions, Virtual Accounts, eWallet solutions, and various payments and receipts instruments.

  • Strong experiences in coordinating regional RFP, including question clarification, response write up, PowerPoint presentation preparation, Word Response document, timely submission and beauty parade presentation.

  • Clear and effective communication with internal parties and clients.

  • Strong client management skill to understand client needs and articulate product solutions both verbally and in writing in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
