Develop and execute periodic compliance assurance activities to review adherence to Financial Crimes compliance risk management framework and the related controls for identification, management, monitoring and reporting of AML/ CFT compliance risk and issues;
Report results of FCC and identify key areas of improvements;
Clearly articulating root causes, outcomes and consequences to support corrective actions;
Monitor remedial actions for identified control weakness that require corrective actions;
Perform analysis to identify new trends in compliance control and regulatory compliance related issues; and
Take part in ad-hoc projects related to FCC control framework.
Bachelor degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant work experience;
Associate AML Professional Certification (AAMLP) is highly preferred;
Track record of KYC review and advisory;
Strong analytic and reporting writing skill;
Good organization skills and attention to details;
Familiar with and keep abreast of changes in local AML regulatory requirements; and
Fluency in English and Chinese.
