Purpose of the role:
Support the Organisational Effectiveness (OE) Team in the execution of end-to-end activities in HR Metrics, Culture & Engagement and Learning & Development (L&D) for APAC.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer
Develop strong working relationship with extended OE teams
Collaborate with extended teams to deliver OE’s initiatives and processes
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders in providing support and responding to queries
Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, relevant laws, and legislation
Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines
HR Metrics:
Manage the administration of employee engagement survey and pulse checks
Respond to regional OE teams and employees’ queries and requests relating to surveys
Support communication plans and data analysis to drive participation and manager’s accountability in partnership with global/regional OE teams and other stakeholders
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
Support the implementation of DEI initiatives within APAC
Collaborate with global and regional DEI/OE teams to organize DEI-focused activities
Culture & Experience:
- Facilitate the rollout of corporate culture-related activities (e.g. Employee Value Proposition) in partnership with global and regional OE teams and other stakeholders
Learning:
Contribute to enabling learning initiatives in APAC with a view on improving adoption and learning effectiveness.
Primary focus on designing and deploying course content, whilst collaborating with the larger global and regional OE/L&D teams to ensure appropriate quality of solutions are identified and measures are in place to determine the effectiveness, impact of learning solutions and associated ROI to the Bank
Supporting the designing and the distribution of the regional learning program (Leadership Program, GIR etc.)
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System, including course setup and content library management
Collaborate closely with course owners to understand their requirements and implement their courses effectively in LMS
Job Requirements:
Degree qualified
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources
Experience in excel including Pivot table, VLookup and basic formulas
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Good stakeholder management skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to influence others and sell HR solutions
