Job Responsibilities:
Accurately process payments and posting entries on expenses in a timely manner and in accordance with IRAS regulations, internal policies and guidelines.
Cost allocation [charge out to all divisions] and submit payment instruction
Preparation of reports and reconciliation
Intercompany Billing
Attend / advise business units' queries pertaining to payment processing
Adhere to all company policies / guidelines
Update manual guide and procedure
Data maintenance
Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy in related fields with at least 1 year of experience or Diploma in Accounting or in any related fields with at least 5 years of accounting work experience in payment processing, staff reimbursement, accounts payable and receivable
Accounting experience in payments, reports, intercompany billing, projects
Working experience in preparation of reports and reconciliations
Knowledge and working experience in IRAS regulations
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Display pro-activeness, maturity, be hands-on and meticulous
Good understanding and experience dealing with Excel
