Job responsibilities:
Provide SME expertise and advisory support in Data Quality Monitoring related matters
Produce and understand design related documentation (including functional and technical design documents.)
Understand in detail key components of a Data Quality Monitoring system (Data Dictionary, Key Data Elements, Data Lineage, Data Quality business rules.)
Ensure Data Quality Monitoring related incidences are properly managed, escalated and socialised with the relevant stakeholders at a local, regional, and global level
Communicate accurately and efficiently with local, regional, and global stakeholders to collect business/user requirements and details about issues, deficiencies or queries raised by the Data consumers and Data Producers.
Design and where needed build DQM components using available tools like Alteryx, Python/R, tableau.
Generate and distribute weekly/monthly metrics for reporting purposes as required
Assist in any other ad-hoc Data related tasks
Job requirements:
Overall 7 years experience with exposure to banking application in terms of core banking data like Customer, Accounts, transactions is a must
Minimum 2 years of experience with one of the following tools: Alteryx, Python/R Programming language like PL SQL, Java
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Working in Financial Crime applications is desirable
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to work flexible hours from time to time due to time zone differences
Willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
