Global Human Resources, Asia Pacific – Performance & Rewards (GHRA – P&R)
Internship Period: 1 Aug 2024 – 31 Dec 2024
This internship offers a hands-on experience in the dynamic field of the APAC performance and rewards HR team, allowing you to contribute to key areas such as compensation surveys, job matching, performance management and data analytics.
Compensation Survey submission: Support the compensation survey submission to the external vendors
Job Matching: Collaborate with HR team to support the Job matching/benchmarking process for the APAC region
Performance Management: Assist in the mid-year review process, tracking employee completion metrics, and providing support in the communication materials
Reporting/Data Analytics: Utilise the current system(s) and data to generate reports to support informed decision making
Communication materials: Work with the relevant HR colleagues to curate/review communication materials with the end-users in mind
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time Adhere to all company policies and guidelines
Strong analytical skills, including advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good understanding of HR principles/concepts preferably in the area of Performance Management and Rewards (if studied as a subject in the University)
