We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Project Manager to join our Middle Office Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Client Onboarding transformation and other Middle Office projects effectively and efficiently, ensuring exceptional service standards and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. This individual will work collaboratively across all levels of the organization, demonstrating excellent project management abilities and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting agreed upon objectives and KPIs.

  • Providing strategic project governance support, monitoring project progress ensuring projects are on track to meet deliveries and deadlines

  • Framing of project initiatives (strategy, scoping, approach design, roadmap, milestones, deadlines, etc.) and running project management and governance forums (e.g. Steering Committee, Operational Committee, etc.)

  • Drive decisions to ensure optimal solutions are based on both commercial and business requirements

  • Collaborate with various internal teams such as sales, operations, compliance, legal and technology to ensure seamless delivery

  • Promote constant improvement and efficiency in the client onboarding process while maintaining rigid compliance with regulatory guidelines and bank policies.

  • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.

  • Create and deliver project reports, proposals, and necessary documentation.

  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to the project team.

  • Supporting business line with implementing medium term business strategy

  • Perform business analysis work such as gathering business requirements, providing analysis and verification of data, activity mapping, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Degree qualified

  • Minimum experience in banking, consulting or similar industries

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, organizational change or transformation

  • Experience delivering Transformation projects related to TOM implementation, process and policy enhancement and/or IT system development

  • You will have good communication and stakeholder management skills, conflict resolution and consensus building skills, and an ability to build partnerships and influence beyond the immediate area of responsibility.

  • You will be highly organised, with a structured and logical approach, and an ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities, completing milestones, and working toward multiple deadlines simultaneously.

  • Experience in driving process improvements by using tools such as process mapping and design, data analysis and automation.
