Job Responsibilities
Contribute to the promotion of Trade Finance & Supply Chain products to customers and identify and promote cross selling opportunities
To achieve their revenue targets which will contribute in achieving TBOA’s overall Trade and SCF targets.
Develop strong effective relationships with key customers to develop new business and to deliver a high quality of service.
Anticipate as well as be sensitive to shifting customer expectations and guide the department to consider appropriate measures to ensure the Bank stays ahead of competitors.
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within BTMU and externally.
Lead and drive strong relationships with branch management, Transaction Banking Promotion Department and Relationship Managers in order to sell transaction banking products.
Work in partnership with various departments in the Bank to support in delivering seamless transactions to the customer. Departments including but not limited to Operations and Corporate Banking.
Work in partnership with colleagues in Transaction Banking Product Development to provide feedback and guidance on customer requirements.
As a team leader and a senior member of the team, mentor other team member but utilizing his subject matter expertise. Use his network within the bank and also his client contacts to identify business opportunities for the team
As a senior team member, review the presentation materials and client content and coach other team members to prepare better pitches/ presentations. Prepare presentation material for senior level customers. Review and provide input into presentation materials for pitches prepared by the team.
Review all deal proposals to ensure pricing, product offerings and the structuring of the deal is aligned to business strategy, delivers a high quality of service and mitigates risk for the Bank
Job Requirements:
Degree qualified
Minimum 7 years' experience in transaction banking
Minimum 7 years' experience in trade and supply chain finance
Experienced in working with European and American headquarters clients in Asia
