Responsibilities:

  • Support and contribute to the delivery of the Transaction Banking (TB) Sales plan across the APAC region

  • Deliver regional strategic sales initiatives as identified by management

  • Financial management of TB Sales performance for the APAC region

  • Review of periodic TB Sales financial performanceCreation & review of financial dashboards for key TB sales initiatives

  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally

  • Work in partnership with colleagues in Transaction Banking Product Development to provide feedback and guidance on customer requirements

  • Execute on client facing initiatives as required by management

  • Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders across the bank to obtain insights, status updates and drive key initiatives

  • Prepare presentation material for senior level stakeholders. Review and provide input into presentation materials for pitches prepared by the team.

  • Develop and lead departmental initiatives to deliver increase revenue opportunities and deliver a high quality of service

  • Participate in relevant committees within the region

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others and sell products

  • Strong knowledge of Transaction Banking products and services

  • Strong analytical skills and well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

  • Able to create presentation decks for C suite

  • Degree holder

  • Desirable to have at least 10+ years of relevant experience
