Job Responsibilities:

  • Take up the role of project manager in medium to large size operational improvement projects

  • Support business to achieve goal via operational planning support and production management

  • Support process improvement and project implementation

  • Implement various projects or initiatives to promote productivity

  • Review/design operations flow, review/prepare user requirements and business analysis

  • Translate our user requirements to IT for solution suitable to operational needs

  • Ensure quality delivery of system enhancement and sign off of UAT

  • Contribute/initiate practical suggestions and ideas to improve the operations efficiency, work process and control

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business administration, operational management and process re-engineering and related disciplines

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sizeable organisation, preferably in financial institution, specialised in business analysis, operational management, project management

  • Sound knowledge and solid experience in areas of corporate banking products, investment products and delivery channels

  • Familiar with corporate banking operations

  • Experience in corporate banking operational management is an advantage

  • Well-versed in project management and system development life cycle

  • Possessing Lean Six Sigma is an advantage

  • Excellent English writing skill

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
