Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day running of Global Markets business area, which may include budgeting, forecasting and review of internal control process.

  • Support the Planning Head on the development of business strategies, business promotion planning, operational efficiency improvement and implementation of regional projects for Global Markets Division for Asia;

  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally;

  • Partner with key stakeholders with overseas branches and Head Office to support in developing Global Markets business strategies;

  • Ensure full compliance with the prevailing regulations showing examples of ethical behaviour and following all internal controls for the Team;

  • Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations;

  • Responsible for management or departmental information/reporting and participate in ad hoc projects/assignments where necessary

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate in Banking/Finance or related discipline.

  • With 1 to 3 years’ relevant experience in banking or financial institutions.

  • Good working knowledge of industry trends, global markets business, financial markets/products, relevant laws and regulations

  • Mature, proactive and able to work independently

  • Good organizational and communication skills

  • Good command of written and spoken Japanese and English
