Job Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with various departments to collaborate and support on implementation of local and regional projects at a branch level

  • Perform software and hardware installation and upgrade and provide a high quality of service to all PC users of the Branch

  • Support the team in ensure that both project and BAU activities are maintain within agreed service level

  • Provide support for all PC hardware and software, and PC assessment management

  • Support IT disaster recovery activities for the responsible IT infrastructure

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technologies or related disciplines

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in banking environment

  • Good technical understanding of installing and maintaining PC hardware and software applications

  • Good organization skill and attention to details.

  • Good communication skill and English proficiency
