Job Responsibilities
Work in partnership with various departments to collaborate and support on implementation of local and regional projects at a branch level
Perform software and hardware installation and upgrade and provide a high quality of service to all PC users of the Branch
Support the team in ensure that both project and BAU activities are maintain within agreed service level
Provide support for all PC hardware and software, and PC assessment management
Support IT disaster recovery activities for the responsible IT infrastructure
Job Requirements
Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technologies or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in banking environment
Good technical understanding of installing and maintaining PC hardware and software applications
Good organization skill and attention to details.
Good communication skill and English proficiency
