MUFG Analyst - Network Engineer in United States

Job Description

  • Maintain and administer Network, Firewall & Voice system infrastructure in Asia

  • Manage private Cloud service connectivity & application (e.g Expressroute, TeamVoice, Azure cloud)

  • Manage Asia TeamVoice service and maintain SBC SIP trunk service with internal & external parties

  • Handle Tier 1 & 2 support on network service & data center operation (e.g Power, Rack assignment, Cabling)

  • Prepare & maintain up-to-date Network/Firewall/IVoice infra documentation (e.g Inventory, diagram, procedure)

  • Create & prepare latest Firewall rule documentation for regular Audit & security review

  • Manage IT infrastructure Monitoring system (SolarWinds) for Server, ESXi, Nutanix, Application service, Network device monitoring.

  • Manage & support Asia MS Team meeting Video Conference service for Meeting Room/TownHall event

  • Participate in network / system infrastructure project planning, evaluation, management, implementation and deployment

  • Manage external service provider/vendor to delivery service/construction work as expected requirement

  • Proactive co-work with infra teammate & drive external parties to meet adhoc Business requirement

  • Manage, schedule & execute network change during weekend & non-office hour under IT change control policy

  • Lead/drive helpdesk support to complete ongoing Network/IPT task or resolved service problem in a timely manner with limited disruptions

  • Handle procurement process for IT Project ordering & annual maintenance contract renewal

  • Work with International Infrastructure team for International projects rollout and daily operation.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years regional network infrastructure administration experience

  • Solid support experience in network projects and mission-critical infrastructures is an advantage

  • Solid support experience on Network and Security products such as CheckPoint, PaloAlto, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, Riverbed

  • Solid support experience on TeamVoice and AudioCode SBC

  • Experience in supporting SD Wan cloud solution (e.g Cisco Meraki)

  • Experience in supporting AudioCode SBC, TeamVoice & Dealerboard system (IPC)

  • Experience in implementation and troubleshooting remote access solution such as Citrix Xenapp, Citrix Netscaler, RSA

  • Experience in H3C / Cisco switches and routers administration

  • Experience in Solarwind & H3C iMC monitoring system administration

  • Knowledge on O365 application, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange server

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Good troubleshooting skill and able to work under pressure

  • Good Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving ability

  • Remote/Onsite working in non-office hour will be necessary
