The HR Analyst will provide comprehensive workday administration support to the Oceania HR Team. The Analyst will ensure that the HR function is compliant with all records that need to be documented and processed in workday. To coordinate key HR events and activities as required.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited too)

  • Ensure all workday processing is completed within agreed timeframes

  • Support the purchase of monthly stationery supplies with General Affairs to ensure there are enough supplies for the HR team

  • Support the process of HR related invoices e.g. recruitment fees, catering, visa fees etc.(as required)

  • Support the effort of NLC Car Leasing to ensure all documentation has been received, executed and uploaded into Workday

  • Process of Learning and Development and Professional Membership reimbursements for employees across the Bank

  • Coordinate the provision of Position Assignments across the Bank. This includes ensuring position assignments are in place for new starters, job changes and or promotions

  • Process and maintain all current and leaving staff records in all company systems

  • Coordinate all Outsourcing process and ensure all bank documents are correct and up to date

  • Coordinate and manage the DocWeb HR Document Review processes

  • Provide support as required to HR Projects

Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Experience in an administration role within a corporate environment with demonstrated achievement

  • Basic knowledge of human resources processes and best practices is advantageous

  • Strong ability in using MS Office, databases and Workday system

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to take a proactive role in the Department

  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality

  • Well organised with a skill in time management and speedy execution with high accuracy
