Job Summary and Major Responsibilities:

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Team Lead will provide indirect management of the daily tasks of the AskHR team, assisting with escalated cases/calls, training new staff at the Specialist/Sr. Specialist level and providing coaching and feedback. The Team Lead will also handle a variety of Audits for the AskHR team including, but not limited to: Workday, Legal Hold, Quarterly Purge and Rehire (FileNet). The Team Lead will also handle preparing Monthly Metrics reports for the HR Scorecard and presentation deck and conduct analysis on themes of cases coming to AskHR and provide feedback to COEs. Back-up support for Manager role with timekeeping approvals, time off requests, Project Calls and COE HR Partner calls. The Team Lead will also be required to learn and document new processes and conduct training for AskHR staff.


  • Requires Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of HR experience in a shared services environment along with leadership skills or prior experience leading a team of indirect or direct reports.

  • Strong experience using Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Must have strong follow up skills and experience managing conflict.
