O v e r all P u r pose of Jo b :

To proactively support the business in the development of small EUC tools and enhance existing workflows with applications based on MS Excel, Access and SQL. To ensure all works done are fully documented and comply with current and future EUC policies.

M a i n re s p o n s i b i l i t i e s :

  • To participate in the specified steering group (SPUDS) Small Projects Under Development by Systems

  • Develop a project request form that can ensure that all requests are correctly prepared, can be assessed and can be tracked to either confirm acceptance, on hold (pending resources for example) or rejected at that time.

  • Ensure a strong level of understanding of MUFG EUC policies and procedures and ensure all works undertaken if designated to be EUC confirm to the standards.

  • Manage a schedule of works and provide a weekly progress report to the Head of Systems and current project (each small works will be a project) sponsor to detail progress of the outcomes.

  • To ensure all new works which are approved follow the banks NPA (New Products Approval) process,

  • In terms of business work requests must act as the BA (business analyst) capture the needs, provide an approach to resolve the need and then if the work is appointed deliver the work as per the agreed approach

  • Ensure all works done are fully document and that training is given to completed the project as this is mandatory to the success of the role.

  • Complete system testing and ensure if any data flows are being managed these are fully tested and handed over to ensure data integrity. Must also be aware of any upstream / downstream activities relating to compliance systems and or systems providing information on customer data must be handled within specified guidelines.

  • Have a basic understanding of desktop support given an element of interaction and interoperability between applications is needed.

  • Be able to train systems team to support any developed products.

  • Ensure any requirements for cybersecurity and data protection are understood and captured.

E duc a t ion

· University degree in a relevant discipline (programming).

· Various courses as needed with relevant applications

W o r k E x p e r i ence

· 3-4 year of System development experience.

Functi o nal / T e c hnic a l S ki l l s a nd K n o w led g e r eq u i r e me nt s

· English language skills, written and verbal (fluent)

· Good level of analytical skills with attention to detail

· Ability to handle multiple tasks

· Team player who is able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly and deliver to tight deadlines.

· Eager to continuously improve and learn how the bank operates.

· Advance .Net(VB/ASP) for front end applications, Excel MACRO 2019/O365 and Access 2019 (O365)
