Research and regularly report to bank executives on U.S. political trends and events and/or U.S. foreign policy. The ideal candidate will have foreign policy interests/experience in one or more of the following areas: Latin America; the Middle East; Europe/Russia.
Attend relevant think tank and other DC-area events to develop a professional network, build knowledge of issue areas, and incorporate this information into reports.
Conduct periodic briefings and seminars on U.S. political trends and/or foreign policy for audiences to include bank colleagues and clients.
Work with office leadership to implement key bank priorities, including events surrounding annual IMF/World Bank Meetings; supporting visits of senior bank executives; and contributing to the bank’s corporate social responsibility goals.
Infrequent domestic and international travel required.
Undergraduate degree in related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and work independently and collaboratively
Strong research and analytical writing skills. Prior experience giving presentations in an academic or professional setting preferred.
Research or work experience focused on Latin America, the Middle East, and/or Europe/Russia.
Native-level English ability. Professional Spanish language skills preferred.
